LATE COMIC: I got home around 10pm. The sketch is done, but wasn’t able to finish the inking and coloring. I have to wake up early in the morning for work. I’ll try to have it done by Friday evening…if not, Monday.

Excuse my language but WHAT THE FUCK!?

I’m getting non stop emails and forums post about the style and story line. I even had to delete some forum threads because they were really retarded. Do some of you even read our posts, our rants?? I mentioned this, Ananth even mentioned this… I WAS EXPERIMENTING WITH THE ART. I got back to collecting American comics and I was impressed with Michael Turner’s art. So I decided to try something new! I didn’t say this was going to be permanent now did I?

Few people even told me they didn’t like where this was going (story and art), they were going to stop reading the comic. You know what? I don’t care. You’re not paying us to do these comics.

Bitching to me about the story line…. Do I even write the scripts?? NO! I fuckin draw the comics. See that talented writer on the right of me..yeah, his name is Ananth. HE WRITES THE COMICS! Why am I getting complaints about the story?? If he wants to do a story line, I’m cool with it, if he wants to do a one gag comic, I’m cool with it. If you don’t like story line comics, go read another webcomic. We’re mixing our archive with story lines and one comic gags. Some story line will be longer than others. If you don’t like it, then stop reading, once again you’re not paying us!

Applegeeks is our portfolio where we expand our skills and share it with everyone else. If you don’t like it, so be it. We’re not forcing you to enter our URL to your browser.

Hell, if you want to complain, bitch and whine, I’ll be at Connecticon and Otakon. You can come to our table and tell me in person. In person, not hiding behind a damn email or forum post.

I apologize to the readers that have been very supportive, the rant has nothing to do with you guys. You guys have been very supportive and we appreciate it.

So far I think I have been doing a decent job updating the Applegeeks comics every Monday and Thursday. Well, there were times I couldn’t update due to some kind of situation.

For the next couple of months, updating the comic every Thursday will be kind of a coin toss. I can’t guarantee there will a new comic on Thursdays. The reason for this is because of my job and class this summer. I decided take some classes over the summer, but the classes I signed up for are only offered in the evening. So working my job schedule around that, I’ll be working in the morning to late afternoon. After work, I will go straight to class, which is from 6pm to 9pm. By the time I get home, I’ll be to tired to do anything. There’s a chance the updating schedule will change to Monday and Frday, I’m not sure yet. The Monday comics shouldn’t be a problem, I have Friday night to Sunday night to work on it.

Now for some good news, I got this email.

“Thank you for registering to attend the Maya Seminar & Madagascar Movie event that will take place at 10:00 AM onThursday, June 2, 2005.

We look forward to seeing you on Thursday!”

I can’t wait, sounds like fun.
