Powell says he has intelligence that Iran istrying to adapt missiles for nukes. I think wecan all see where this is going …

Fastacting passengers stop bus from falling offbridge … so hardcore …

Thenew Clinton Library in Arkansas portraysWhitewater and the Monica Lewinsky Scandals as”fights for power” and “politics ofpersecution.”

TexasDemocrat Sylvestre Reyes is a dumbass: aboutthe videotaped shooting of an Iraqi insurgent, “Weshould not be providing the Al-Jazeera the kind ofpropaganda they’ve had the last couple of threedays.” He says that it “isn’t censorship.” Nope, just deliberate ignorance, of that situation andthe overall situation - embedded reporters havedone a lot to show how hard soldiers areworking.

Fourmen kidnap someone they suspect of stealing apound of pot - tattoo “thief” on hisforehead.

Alot of people have already seen this, but here’sthat cool shirt-folding video. My roommatefolds shirts this way, and his stacks of clothesare always impeccably precise.

Oh, and this list wouldn’t be complete without TheSecrets of Spongebob Squarepants.

[Edit]Thanks for the support guys…[/Edit]

I have been very busy the last couple of days. There were too many projects that had to be done all at once. I had to finish my sculpture project, drawing project and show progress on the flash game I’m working on.

I haven’t had the chance to start drawing Applegeeks Issue 150 yet, feeling really bad about it too. I know everyone is looking forward to seeing the new character (mac girl). If I start the comic now and try to it get it done by tomorrow, it will look like crap…I don’t feel like rushing through this issue. Since this is Issue 150, Ananth and I want it to look really good. Like Ananth said, we’re moving the comic to Monday. I apologize if you’re disappointed. I will make it up by releasing new wallpaper with the new comic.

I was doing a little bit of research for a storyI’m working on, and I needed to find out what theparts of the zipper were called. I went out intothe living room to ask Emily, and she said shewasn’t sure but checking the internet might be agood idea. I scoffed at the thought … surely theinternet couldn’t hold knowledge that obscure.Surely not.

Well, itdoes. I found a wholepage of zipper terminology, but I had somedifficulty figuring out what some of them werereferring to. No worries, says the mighty website- just clickon our labeled diagrams.

Now, those sites probably are of very littleinterest to most of you, unless deep in theApplegeeks readership is hidden some strange formof zipper cult. The reason I post these links atall is more a testament to the internet, a nod ofthe head if you will. Internet, you truly are thegreatest purveyor of absolutely obscure knowledge.I bow to your … obscurity.

Do you have a XBox? Is the XBox to far to connect to the net? If you own a mac with a wireless connection, here is a solution. I haven’t tried it yet, but I will soon.

“With the release of Halo 2, its much anticipated multiplayer action, and a coupon for two free months of Xbox Live in every box, I bet a lot of people are looking for ways to get their Xbox online. My situation is that my Xbox is too far away from my router to string cable, and I don’t feel like shelling out $100 bucks for an ethernet - wireless bridge when I have a perfectly good iBook (original clamshell) doing nothing.

I thought it would be as simple as turning on Internet sharing and plugging in an ethernet cable, but alas, the Xbox refused to acknowledge the connection. It agreed that a cable was connected, but steadfastly refused to get out to the `Net. After a few hours of frustration, and much Googling, here are the two “gotchas” to look out for:”
