I found a cool feature on iChat while cleaning my buddy list. iChat lets me know when a certain friend signed on. For example…

I can have my computer say something when Ananth signs on. Something like…”The idiot Ananth is on!” or “Quick hide! The loser Ananth is on!”

To get this feature, right-click on a buddy from the buddy list and select “Get Info.” Then select “Actions” from the Show menu. From there, select your actions for that buddy.
