Penny Arcade linked to an article about how “killographic” and “killography” were being made into words that describe games with graphic violence, in the same way that “pornography” refers to material containing graphic sex.

Yeah, I thought it was pretty funny …

But really now, it’d be interesting if some company released an FPS or a fighter full of graphic violence, and called it “Killography” … oh yes, the controversy, but OH YES, the many many copies you’d sell. Provided it wasn’t a crappy game, anyway.
